There are those who say that Aunty Gauba's School possesses "that certain special atmosphere, spirit and warmth" all of those people are absolutely right.
Some of us had the fortune to know Elisabeth Gauba personally; others have experienced the "atmosphere" of the school as students, teachers,
parents and well wishers.
For all these, I can say with confidence that Elisabeth Gauba and her school have left an indelible mark upon each one of us.
Today her legacy lives on through the Elisabeth Gauba School.
The essence of Aunty Gauba's school is that it is one centre of learning in which the education utopia does not believe in creating misfits who are either
too good or too this or too that for the world in which we live. The aim of the school is to build a foundation which helps an individual to face every
challenge with confidence and smile.
